Deliver Training in Fast-growing, Uncertain Environment - Create a scalable model so you can keep up with the speed of your business whether you are hiring 30 people per week or expanding into new offices.

Needs Assessment - If you know your people need new or different skills in order to meet the needs of your business and your customers in the future but do not know what skills those are, I can help by conducting a thorough needs assessment that focuses on what skills and competencies people need to achieve specific organization goals and objectives that you define.

Evaluate Training Effectiveness - Measuring the success of training programs is not that difficult if you focus on measuring those initiatives that are targeted at key business drivers of revenue, cost, cash flow, margins, and customer metrics. Measuring anything else, is just activity.

I also enjoy running, skiing, reading, sailing, and fishing.

Personal Progress

I am in a long-term process of developing a personal philosophy called "Learn Forever." This philosophy is the foundation for how I live my personal and professional life, how I try to raise my children, and how I build teams, programs and a learning culture in organizations. This "Learn Forever" philosophy guides my decisions and actions.
